At Precious Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our refunds policy for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges for books, ebooks, school books, stationery, vouchers, and eGift cards.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Books and School Books:
    • You have 30 calendar days to return a book or school book from the date you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  2. Ebooks:
    • Due to the digital nature of ebooks, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ebook purchases unless there is a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
    • If you encounter a problem with your ebook, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance.
  3. Stationery:
    • You have 30 calendar days to return stationery items from the date you received them.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  4. Vouchers and eGift Cards:
    • Vouchers and eGift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • If you have any issues with a voucher or eGift card, please contact us for assistance.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    • Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at returns@preciousbooks.store to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds Process

Exchanges

  1. Books and Stationery:
    • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with the details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  2. Ebooks, Vouchers, and eGift Cards:
    • Due to their nature, ebooks, vouchers, and eGift cards cannot be exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Personalised Items:
    • Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Sale Items:
    • Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
